Here are Irina's Rules:
The Agreement is for a 30 day period only.
After 30 days the home goes on the MLS system for a 90 day marketing period.
The MLS Listing Agreement is signed at the outset and post-dated for 30 days.
You find the Buyer. This does not include the use of MLS, henceyou save
thousands of $$$$.
You must refer all buyers who do not purchase your home to Irina.
Irina is not a discount broker and we do charge the local market rate for
commissions.
